I first discovered Anne-Marie Bonneau in 2018 when I started cutting down on food wrapped in single-use plastic. Her blog, The Zero Waste Chef, is a goldmine of tips and recipes about buying and cooking without food or packaging waste.
We’re delighted that she’s joining us for a fun and informal 45-minute chat about what she’s learnt over the past eight years, from ingenious food-scraps recipes to getting started with bulk buying. We’ll have plenty of time for all your questions. She’ll also be introducing us to Eleanor, her family’s sourdough starter, and explaining how to make your own. See you on Zoom!
